Black Tech NOLA AI Hackathon
Black Tech NOLA AI Hackathon presented by Entergy brings together STEAM students from colleges and universities across Louisiana to design AI-driven solutions rooted in community, culture, and real-world needs.
In partnership with Lovable, over 3 weeks, participants work in teams, learn new tools, experiment with emerging technologies, and build projects that speak to the future of Black innovation and tech.
The journey spans from a one-day Hackathon at Southern University to virtual prep sessions, culminating in a Pitch Event at Xavier University in New Orleans where finalists compete for the $5,000 Grand Prize and connect with mentors, employers, and community leaders at the Xavier University Career Expo.
