November 12, 2024 — A New Orleans software startup with ties to one of the biggest recent success stories in the city’s tech sector has hit a major fundraising milestone as it looks to expand.
Prokeep, which uses mobile software to connect building contractors with their equipment suppliers, has raised $25 million in “Series A” funding to grow its customer network and for product development. The investment was led by San Francisco-based Dahlia Equity Partners and includes Prokeep’s earlier investors: Ironspring Ventures, S3 Ventures and Saints owner Gayle Benson’s investment arm, Benson Capital Partners.
